Beta Agreement

Purpose

This Beta Agreement covers access to Steorra products that are still being refined before general availability. By using the beta service, you acknowledge that the product is experimental and that both product behavior and support workflows may change quickly.

Beta Scope

• Features may be added, modified, or removed without prior notice
• Workflows, API shapes, and data outputs may change during the beta period
• Availability targets are best-effort and not production-grade commitments
• Some controls may remain admin-only while the product is being hardened

Your Responsibilities

• Use the beta service only for lawful internal business purposes
• Do not rely on beta outputs as the sole system of record for critical decisions
• Do not attempt to benchmark, reverse engineer, or abuse the service
• Keep account credentials secure and report suspected compromise promptly
• Share feedback and bug reports in good faith so we can improve the product

Data and Confidentiality

You retain ownership of the content you provide to Steorra. We may process that content as needed to operate, secure, and improve the beta service. If you share screenshots, logs, or workflow examples with us for support, you confirm you have the right to do so.

Both parties agree to treat non-public information learned through the beta program as confidential, except where disclosure is required by law.

Support Expectations

Beta support is provided on a reasonable-effort basis. We may prioritize product stability, security, and broader customer impact over individual feature requests.

No Warranty

The beta service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or compatibility with every downstream system.

Feedback License

If you provide suggestions, bug reports, or product feedback, you grant Steorra the right to use that feedback to improve the service without additional compensation or attribution obligations.

Termination

We may suspend or end beta access at any time. You may also stop using the beta service at any time. Sections relating to confidentiality, ownership, warranty disclaimers, and limitation of liability survive termination.
